Success for the CIB at Ecomondo: agricultural biogas at the heart of the ecological transition
The appointments of the Forum Area of the CIB-Italian Biogas Consortium at the Ecomondo Exhibition ended today. A week that saw more than 13 events and workshops organised by the CIB and its members, with more than 60 speeches, which took stock of the measures underway for the agricultural sector and the important innovations that have affected the agricultural biogas and biomethane chain in recent months.
A great success for the CIB. More than 100 member companies of the Consortium took part in the 17th edition of Ecomondo, presenting their most significant innovations and solutions on the stage of the CIB Forum Area, demonstrating the sector’s progress towards ecological transition.
“The numbers of our companies at Ecomondo are a demonstration of the leading role of biogas and biomethane in the country’s circular economy. During these days we offered a platform full of appointments and shared our achievements, discussing the challenges that will still affect the sector in the coming months, promoting the value and strength of our model for the ecological transition. A path that sees the consolidation of the central role of an increasingly circular agriculture and a strategic and essential tool for the future of our country’s renewable energy policies,’ says CIB Director, Christian Curlisi.
